Diesel Mechanic
Coastal Elite Proneeded to maintain and repair a fleet of trucks and heavy equipment used for essential environmental services. Key Duties Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel engines and related components. Troubleshoot and service hydraulics, brakes, and electrical systems. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure safe, reliable operations. Follow DOT and internal safety/quality standards and procedures. Document inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities in required systems. Qualifications & Skills Hands-on mechanical aptitude with diesel engines, hydraulics, brakes, and electrical systems. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Commitment to safety and compliance with DOT/company requirements. Ability to work effectively in a team-focused, fast-paced environment. Experience with preventive maintenance and accurate job documentation.
