Dr. Wingfield, Dr. Ortego, Dr. Gadarwoski and their team of physician assistants treat the full range of hair, skin, and nail disorders. In addition, we perform advanced techniques in skin resurfacing for scars and wrinkles, as well as botulinum treatment of wrinkles and all types of wrinkle fillers. We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team! Voted "Best Places to Work on the MS Gulf Coast," The Dermatology Clinic, PLLC is a busy office with the goal of providing exceptional care and an excellent patient experience. This is a full-time position, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday in our Gautier, MS and Pascagoula, MS offices. Dermatology office experience is preferred but not required. Applicants must be team-oriented, focused on customer service and quality care, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Frequent travel to various clinic locations required. Position Summary: The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Gautier and Pascagoula clinics, ensuring efficient and effective office operations that streamline workflows to enhance productivity and service quality. Education: High School Diploma required. 3+ years of professional office experience preferred. Proven experience in office management, preferably in a medical setting. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: The Dermatology Office Manager role includes, but is not limited to: Resolve any issues or concerns with frontline staff (IT, scheduling, workflow, maintenance, etc.), escalating to the Regional Operations Manager as necessary. Submit orders to the Regional Operations Manager for all clinical, injectable, and office supplies. Ensure that all team members are performing their roles effectively, provide guidance and training as needed, and address any personnel issues promptly to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Perform bank runs, sort mail, and count front desk drawers and change bags. Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment. Provide inspired leadership and motivation for the organization, helping to promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. Provide necessary training including customer service, HIPAA, new hire, etc. Oversee materials and inventory management, including retail products and injectables; reconcile monthly. Handling patient inquiries, complaints, and issues; Coordinating with healthcare providers and escalating to administrative team as necessary Identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to improve overall office operations and patient care. Serving as a liaison between office personnel and administrative staff. Perform and function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws. Perform all other duties as assigned at the discretion of the Admin team. *Employment is contingent upon passing a screening for the illegal use of drugs as a condition for employment.
