The Deputy Director of Learning Operations is responsible for the execution, management, and continuous improvement of Living Resources’ compliance training, new hire orientation, required recertification and renewal trainings, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
This role ensures that required learning experiences are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with Agency Values, organizational goals, learning standards, regulatory requirements, and adult learning best practices.
Reporting to the Director of Organizational Learning, Leadership, and Development, this position serves as the operational leader of Living Resources’ learning delivery and measurement systems and supervises training staff responsible for facilitation and content delivery.
