Provide full support to employees in the areas of Retail Banking Operations with a focus on services such as account and customer maintenance and wires.

- Maintenance Reviews
- Death Notifications
- Reclamations
- SSI Review
- Sweeps
- ACH Positive Pay Returns
- OLB Enrollment Review
- ACH Returns GL entries
- Other duties as assigned

SKILLS:
Qualifications:
Extensive Bank Operations and Retail Banking experience required
Familiar with cash, teller, new accounts, and ATM operations
Systems administration experience required
Computer systems and technology oriented
Propensity to investigate issues and problems completely
Extremely organized and detail oriented
Self-starter and motivated
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Communication: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers.
