referred. This role is suited for a true Demand Planner rather than a general Supply Chain Analyst.
Analyze historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, and customer inputs. Execute demand planning activities within ERP systems and maintain accurate planning data. Participate in S&OP / Integrated Business Planning and develop consensus demand plans.
Monitor forecast accuracy, forecast bias, inventory levels, and supply chain KPIs . Partner with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Distribution teams to align demand and supply. Maintain planning parameters including safety stock, reorder points, and lead times . 5+ years of Demand Planning / Supply Chain Planning experience , preferably in manufacturing or distribution. ~ Experience with SAP IBP, SAP APO, ECC, or S/4HANA ; SAP IBP/APO strongly preferred. ~ Experience with S&OP / Integrated Business Planning . ~ Strong knowledge of Inventory Planning and Supply Chain Planning . ~ Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills. ~ Understanding of Manufacturing and Distribution processes. ~ Demand Planning | Demand Forecasting | SAP IBP | SAP APO | S&OP | Supply Chain Planning | Inventory Management | ERP Systems | Advanced Excel | Manufacturing & Distribution Contract-to-Hire Initial 6–12 month contract with potential conversion to a permanent position based on performance, business needs, and available headcount.
