Demand Planning Analyst

Supply Chain Demand Analyst / Demand Planner Location: Brooklyn, NY 11230 Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year Job Overview We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Demand Analyst / Demand Planner to manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, and sales analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with wholesale products and major U.S. retail customers. Key Responsibilities Develop demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and business insights. Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and demand patterns. Monitor inventory and recommend adjustments to prevent stock shortages and excess inventory. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align demand forecasts. Prepare reports and dashboards to track sales, demand, and inventory performance. Identify forecasting gaps and recommend process improvements. Support inventory planning and supply chain optimization initiatives. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain operations. Experience with wholesale products and major U.S. retail customers. Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Experience analyzing historical sales data and developing demand forecasts. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work on-site in Brooklyn, NY. Preferred Skills SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
