What
You'll Be Doing:
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using
historical sales data, customer trends, and production schedules
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate raw
materials, packaging, and finished goods are available while minimizing
excess inventory
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse,
Sales, and Customer Service teams to support production planning and
customer demand
• Analyze inventory trends and recommend adjustments to
improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Create and manage production planning reports using
ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Monitor product availability and communicate potential
shortages or supply risks
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts,
inventory audits, and reconciliation activities
• Maintain accurate planning records, forecasts, and
inventory documentation
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to
optimize inventory management and supply chain performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety
standards, and quality procedures
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management,
Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of demand planning, production
planning, supply chain, inventory control, or materials planning
experience required
• Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• ERP/MRP system experience required
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical
abilities
• Excellent organizational, communication, and
problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make
informed planning decisions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced
manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities
Pay,
Schedule, and Location
• Pay Rate: $22 - $24/hr, DOE
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts)
• Shift Available: 1st Shift
• Location: Sanger, CA 93657
