class=' text-shark-500' data-list-item-id="eec075556f3d538a78490a57a20093058">Ensure KPI's such as fill rate and inventory turns are met using statistical analysis and inventory demand planning tools such as forecasting, DRP, and min/max. Work closely with Supply Chain to achieve these goals. </li><li
class=' text-shark-500' data-list-item-id="e9f66da755231411f459e84130ab21fd3">Make recommended adjustments to KPI's and inventory demand planning tools based on changes in demand and market trends. </li><li
class=' text-shark-500' data-list-item-id="ed75b7d71d2b24eb18b964ba76016e0e2">Plan & fulfill all worldwide Regional Parts Distribution Center's (RDC's) inventory requirements. </li><li
class=' text-shark-500' data-list-item-id="e37d2ea285f1b8950ac5f6cd98d86e234">Supply parts to Manufacturing/Production for line shortages while not jeopardizing Parts service level & fill rates. </li><li
class=' text-shark-500' data-list-item-id="eeae9216fda9f6ce3a24d21ecf1473fa7">Prepare, report, and communicate on KPI's. </li><li
class=' text-shark-500' data-list-item-id="ebea7e5c8fafa4791e46f56ebad4cc41d">Continuously improve inventory demand planning tools, methods, and approach. </li><li

class=' text-shark-500' data-list-item-id="e5a57f7d7377f38bb0ea7d7eeed47bb24">Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field an asset.</li></ul> <strong>Skills & Experience</strong><ul

class=' text-shark-500' data-list-item-id="ed4ece3bfcee86cfec43bce96c328d959">3-5 years of experience in a Demand Planning position, with IBF training & certification is desired.</li><li
class=' text-shark-500' data-list-item-id="eef92369af22959fccc879b7a92948377">Extensive skills with MS Excel and strong mathematical abilities required.</li><li
class=' text-shark-500' data-list-item-id="e2a4519855160ede5f04f9c4db50ef732">Experience with DRP/MRP functionality</li><li
class=' text-shark-500' data-list-item-id="e1411daf3f4c90e730b59283f0fe2dea6">Strong knowledge of Demand Planning/Forecasting systems in a multiple location Distribution environment.</li><li
class=' text-shark-500' data-list-item-id="e4c2dd371dcdd6c8e9041f9a9d48927d3">Knowledge of Supply Chain processes to work closely with Supply Chain staff.</li><li
class=' text-shark-500' data-list-item-id="ee4156bc714dfeeb6d86d777fcaf34ac5">Experience using ERP software packages. JD Edwards experience an asset.</li><li
class=' text-shark-500' data-list-item-id="e3a6cb1c3d199e2f102034828326bed09">Knowledge of inventory KPI’s.</li><li
class=' text-shark-500' data-list-item-id="e0f2464c7f630df6bd198b24df31735a9">Knowledge of agricultural industry an asset. </li><li
class=' text-shark-500' data-list-item-id="ec6b2f4e765bfc5c43c8ac51f84b246d9">Problem solver that can use objective analysis and evaluation to make decisions and develop strategies.</li><li
