About us The No Sugar Company makes better-for-you snacks without the sugar, sold at major retailers across North America. We're a lean, fast-growing CPG team, and we're building our planning function from the ground up. The role You'll own the demand forecast across our brands, customers, and SKUs. You'll turn sales, marketing, and promotional plans into one consensus number that drives purchasing, production, and inventory decisions. You'll also play a lead role in setting up NetSuite Demand Planning. That means you'll help decide how forecasting works here, not just run someone else's process. What you'll do Own the rolling demand forecast by brand, customer, SKU, and market Build baseline forecasts and layer in promotions, launches, distribution gains, and other commercial inputs Track forecast accuracy and bias, explain variances, and fix what's driving them Work with Sales and Operations to catch demand shifts early and manage risks and opportunities Guide decisions on POs, production timing, inventory levels, repacks, launches, and promotions Lead the S&OP process and present clear recommendations to leadership Help implement NetSuite Demand Planning, including methodologies, parameters, reporting, and separating system baselines from commercial overrides Train teammates and drive adoption of new planning processes What you bring 3 to 7 years in demand planning, supply planning, or forecasting CPG, food, beverage, consumer products, or retail experience Hands-on experience forecasting for major retailers, including promotions, new launches, and distribution changes Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills ERP and planning system experience Comfort challenging assumptions and defending your numbers with Sales and leadership Nice to have Experience leading or building an S&OP or IBP process NetSuite Demand Planning or Supply Planning experience Experience implementing or configuring an ERP or planning system Why join You'll build a function instead of inheriting one.
