Demand Analyst We’re looking for a Demand Analyst to join our Demand Planning team. You’ll own the forecasts for your assigned product lines and customers, and your work will help make sure we have the right product available at the right time. You’ll work closely with Sales to spot trends across customers and products and to time new product starts with our major accounts. Your forecasts will feed straight into supply planning. What you’ll do: Analyze customer demand and keep forecasts current by customer and by SKU Produce weekly shipping forecasts at an aggregate level Work with Sales on trend analysis and on when new products start for key customers Track new starts and product lifecycles, and recommend lifecycle changes based on trends Monitor and report on discontinued inventory Prepare reporting for S&OP and status reviews Help build performance measures for our major customer relationships Cover for other planners when needed How success is measured Forecast accuracy, on-time supply performance, inventory turns to plan, and out-of-stocks kept to plan.
