Delivery & Warehouse Factory Manager

Location: Verlo Mattress – 2158 W Northwest Hwy Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Verlo Mattress is looking for a motivated, organized, and hands-on Factory & Operations Manager to join our growing North Texas business. We're a locally owned mattress company with our own manufacturing facility in Dallas and two retail showrooms in Dallas and McKinney. Unlike traditional mattress retailers, we build custom mattresses locally and provide personalized comfort solutions for our customers. We're looking for someone who can manage factory operations, coordinate deliveries, lead by example, and also work in our retail stores helping customers find their perfect mattress. Factory Management & Production Oversee daily mattress manufacturing and custom orders. Participate in mattress building and production. Manage production schedules, inventory, materials, and supply orders. Ensure quality control and timely order completion. Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient factory. Coordinate mattress comfort adjustments and custom rebuilds. Use Netsuite and Dispatch Track Delivery & Operations Schedule and coordinate customer deliveries for both stores. Oversee delivery teams and assist with delivery and setup. Coordinate adjustable base installations and mattress setups. Communicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and service requests. Work closely with both retail teams to ensure orders are completed and delivered on time. Provide regular operational updates to management. Retail Sales — Dallas & McKinney Work scheduled shifts at both Verlo retail showrooms. Assist customers with mattress selection and personalized comfort recommendations. Sell mattresses, adjustable bases, luxury bedding, pillows, and accessories. Prepare customer estimates and follow up with prospective buyers. Build relationships with customers and generate repeat business. Earn sales commissions on qualifying sales made during your retail shifts. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs safely and repeatedly. Positive, teachable attitude — no mattress-building experience required (we’ll train you!). Reliable and punctual with good teamwork skills.
