Key Responsibilities Daily Warehouse Functions: Receive, stock, organize, and track inventory (windows, doors, and related components). Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. Order Fulfillment & Shipping: Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to established schedules. Assembly Training: Learn and assist in the assembly of window and door products, gaining hands-on skills to support manufacturing and refurbishment processes. Leadership Development: Work closely with management and senior staff to develop leadership and supervisory skills with the goal of taking on a leadership role in the warehouse within a few years. Safety & Compliance: Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines, ensuring equipment and machines are operated responsibly. Qualifications Positive Attitude & Team-Oriented Mindset You’re eager to work collaboratively and open to learning new skills. Physical Stamina Ability to bend, squat, lift, and move products safely throughout the workday. Detail-Oriented & Organized Able to manage and track inventory accurately while meeting deadlines. Communication Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially helpful as you grow into a leadership role. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate. Leadership Potential A genuine interest in learning warehouse operations with a desire to move into a leadership position down the road. What We Offer Competitive Hourly Pay : Starting range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (depending on experience).
