Floor Boss is a fast-growing, family-owned flooring company looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our Peoria team. We're a growing operation, which means every team member plays an important role in our success. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys staying active, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help get the job done. This isn't a position where you'll do the exact same thing every day. One day you may be organizing flooring materials and preparing orders, and the next you'll be making deliveries, helping installers, or tackling whatever needs attention around the warehouse. What You'll Do Receive, unload, organize, and store flooring materials and supplies. Prepare, stage, and load materials for upcoming flooring installations. Make deliveries to residential and commercial job sites throughout the Peoria area. Safely load, secure, transport, and unload flooring materials. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, safe, and running efficiently. Assist flooring installers with material handling and job-site needs. Help track inventory and ensure materials are ready when needed. Work closely with management to keep daily operations moving smoothly. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as the business grows. What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual. We need someone our team can count on every day. Self-motivated. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and moving heavy flooring materials with appropriate assistance or equipment. Previous warehouse, delivery, construction, flooring, or material-handling experience is a plus, but not required. We're willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic and a great attitude. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $20.00 per hour SIMPLE IRA retirement plan with a 3% company match.
