Currently seeking a Full-Time Delivery/Logistics Supervisor support our closed door pharmacy team with professionalism & a strong passion for customer service.
This role oversees the day-to-day operations of a Long Term Care pharmacy delivery team, ensuring medications and infusion equipment are accurately staged, tracked, maintained, and delivered efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include coordinating delivery routes, managing drivers and schedules, training and coaching staff, monitoring performance, and stepping in to resolve delivery obstacles or emergencies as needed. The position also ensures proper handling of infusion pumps and supplies, supports facility relationships through strong customer service, and partners with management to maintain best practices, compliance, and operational excellence.

The role requires a candidate with strong verbal and written communication skills, solid computer proficiency—particularly with Microsoft Office—and the ability to multitask and stay highly organized in a fast-paced environment.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while prior management or supervisory experience, along with logistics, delivery driving, routing, tracking systems, and familiarity with UPS, USPS, and courier services, is preferred and beneficial to success in the position.
