Delivery & Routing Dispatcher – Retail

Dispatch Coordinator responsible for managing daily delivery scheduling and routing for retail and e-commerce mattress orders. Key Duties Include Coordinate with stores, warehouses, and delivery partners to support accurate, on-time deliveries. Monitor order status and track shipments through completion. Resolve routing and delivery issues quickly to minimize customer impact. Provide timely updates to internal teams and customers.
