Can lift and move heavy products such as bottled water and salt (up to 50–80 lbs) Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Class C or Class B License (or the ability to obtain one) Must have a valid DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one. Must be at least 21 years of age to meet DOT requirements for this position Do not need a college degree Schedule Day Shift Flexible start times Monday to Friday PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (A Day in the Life) Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other essential products Deliver products safely, efficiently, and accurately to residential and commercial customers Troubleshoot basic functionality issues on water dispensing units, including water tests and filling tanks with salt Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing customers Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships through reliable service and communication Communicate route updates or customer needs to the Customer Service team Load and unload trucks, manage product inventory, and ensure accurate delivery records Follow all safety guidelines and DOT requirements Receive formal training that sets you up for success with opportunities for growth and advancement ABOUT US U.S. Water Culligan Group is one of the largest Culligan franchisees in North America, serving families and businesses with industry-leading water conditioning equipment across 13 locations.
