Delivery Route Driver

Job Overview: We're expanding and we are seeking a reliable and experienced Route Driver to join our team! As a Route Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to various locations. This position requires a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a valid New Jersey driver's license, NO POINTS, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Duties: - Operate Company owned vehicles, including box trucks and vans -Load and unload food and beverage goods from the vehicle - Restock shelves and coolers. Rotate product as needed - Plan and follow designated routes to ensure timely delivery and service - Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues - Complete necessary documentation and maintain accurate records of inventory deliveries - Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks - Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations Qualifications: - Valid driver's license and a copy of your Driver Abstract - Proven experience as a route driver or in a similar driving role - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to safely operate various types of vehicles - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Paid time off - Overtime opportunities If you meet the qualifications for this position and are interested in joining our team, please submit your application through our online portal.
