We're looking for someone who can lead by example, coordinate daily deliveries, and keep operations running smoothly. This is an active leadership position that combines driver management with daily package deliveries. As our company continues expanding throughout Texas, this role offers opportunities for increased responsibility, regional oversight, and additional compensation. What You'll Do Daily Operations & Deliveries Complete a reduced daily delivery route while overseeing assigned drivers. Monitor driver activity and delivery progress throughout the day to ensure routes are completed efficiently. Coordinate route assignments, package distribution, and daily delivery needs. Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers regarding delays, route issues, and operational concerns. Assist with package loading, sorting, and route coverage as needed. Troubleshoot delivery challenges and help ensure successful route completion. Driver & Team Leadership Provide daily guidance and support to delivery drivers. Assist with training and onboarding new drivers. Monitor route completion, driver reliability, and overall delivery performance. Communicate operational updates, staffing needs, and service issues to company leadership. Help maintain an organized, dependable, and efficient delivery operation. Growth & Regional Oversight Initially support delivery operations throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Take on additional operational responsibilities as the company expands. Help coordinate delivery operations in additional Texas markets. Support local team leaders and maintain consistent delivery standards across territories. Compensation & Growth Opportunities Starting compensation: $800 per week. Weekly payments. Opportunity for increased compensation as responsibilities and geographic oversight expand. Potential advancement into regional operations leadership. Schedule & Availability LogicPath is launching during the busy holiday delivery season, and flexibility is important. Operations may run seven days per week during peak season. Weekend availability is expected, with schedules determined by operational needs. Availability for additional days may be requested during launch and high-volume periods. Following the holiday season, schedules are expected to transition toward approximately five days per week with rotating weekends. Specific schedules and expectations will be discussed during the selection process. Requirements Reliable personal vehicle suitable for package deliveries. Valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, and active insurance appropriate for delivery work. Ability and willingness to complete daily package deliveries while managing drivers. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage daily operational challenges. Comfortable using smartphones, GPS navigation, and delivery applications. Ability to safely lift, carry, and deliver packages of varying sizes. Previous experience in logistics, delivery operations, or team leadership preferred.
