Delivery Helper (White Glove Furniture Delivery)

Position Summary: We are looking for a hardworking and customer-focused Delivery Helper to assist the driver with white glove furniture deliveries. The helper will safely move, assemble, and place furniture inside customers' homes while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Assist the driver with loading and unloading furniture/appliances. Carry furniture safely into customers' homes. Assemble furniture as required (patio funiture/polywood). Install as required (refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, stoves, etc.). Remove packaging materials and leave the delivery area clean. Protect customers' homes during deliveries. Assist with route efficiency and organization. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. Follow all company safety procedures. Qualifications: Ability to safely lift and move heavy furniture and appliances. Experience assembling furniture, including patio furniture and POLYWOOD products. Experience with basic appliance installation, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, microwaves, and electric stoves. Knowledge of white glove delivery, room-of-choice placement, and haul-away services. Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented. Furniture delivery, moving, or final-mile delivery experience preferred. Must successfully pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
