Location: Colorado Springs, CO Pay: $19.00 USD per hour Job type: Full-time, seasonal (Peak) from the end of October until the mid of January 2027, with opportunity to continue Schedule: [e.g., 4–5 days per week, approx. 10-hour shifts, early morning starts] About the Role Delocal US Inc. is an independent Amazon Delivery Service Partner based in Colorado Springs. We are hiring Delivery Helpers to team up with our delivery drivers during the busy Peak season and beyond. No driver’s license is needed. You will be employed by Delocal US Inc. As a Delivery Helper, you work side by side with a driver in a two-person team, delivering packages to customers safely, efficiently and on time. What You’ll Do Work in a two-person team with a delivery driver for the full route. Help load the delivery van at the station (bags and oversize packages) and return empty carts. Deliver packages to customers using the delivery app on a company-provided device. Sort and prepare packages for the next stop while on the route. Read and follow customer delivery instructions, and contact customers by phone or text when needed. Return to the station with your driver at the end of the route and help with package returns. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines at all times. Provide professional and courteous customer service. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Must have a valid state-issued ID or passport. No driver’s license or driving experience required. Able to walk, climb stairs, and lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Reliable, punctual and able to work full-time shifts. Must wear the provided uniform during all shifts. Job offer is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening. Pay & Benefits $19.00 USD per hour.
