Delivery Helper

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Part time Delivery Person and be the vital link between our company and our valued customers! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering goods to various locations, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. About 50% of work time is drive time. Your enthusiasm, reliability, and commitment to excellent customer service will drive our success and help us build lasting relationships with clients. Flexible hours! Duties Load and unload cargo using, manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling of all items. Assemble products. Follow designated routes accurately while maintaining timely delivery schedules. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns courteously. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety standards are met; report any issues promptly. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including logs of deliveries made, loads transported, and any discrepancies encountered. Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory, general housekeeping, or organizing stock when not on delivery routes. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly and perform physical tasks related to moving and loading cargo. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
