Delivery Helper

Title: Driver Helper Reports To: Warehouse Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated delivery helper who is focused on positive customer experience and assisting in deliveries. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting the driver in delivering products, unloading the truck, stocking shelves, and rotating products in coolers. Along with delivery, you will learn the duties of a delivery driver and warehouse associate. Duties/Responsibilities: Assist Driver in every aspect of product delivery to accounts Loading, transporting, and delivering items to accounts in a safe and timely manner Service and stock product at select accounts Operate all company equipment safely and in a manner consistent with company policy Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and maintain good relationships with accounts Communicate with sales representatives, merchandisers, and office staff Collect payments/signatures at the time of delivery Assist with building orders or other various duties if necessary Position Requirement Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at one time Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment Self-motivated and team-oriented Must be dependable, punctual, and goal-oriented Must be organized and detail-oriented Good communication and inventory skills Maintain a professional appearance while in company uniform Ability to work a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday Ability to lift up to 175 pounds, bend, kneel, stand, and perform physical labor for long periods of time Qualifications High School Diploma or GED certificate preferred Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to obtain Alcohol Salesman Permit from Indiana ATC Applicants may also apply in person between 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday at: Best Beers Inc. 4265 W Vernal Pike Bloomington, IN 47404 Best Beers Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
