Delivery helper

Overview As a Delivery Helper, you’ll support safe, accurate deliveries by preparing orders, handling materials, and helping load and unload vehicles. You’ll work with warehouse and delivery teams to keep orders moving and customers’ items protected. Your impact: Careful handling and accurate order checks help customers receive the right items in good condition. Duties Pick and stage orders using an order picker or radio-frequency (RF) scanner; verify items and quantities with basic math. Load and unload deliveries, move materials, and assist with shipping and receiving. Use pallet jacks and other material handling equipment; operate forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, or other heavy equipment only when authorized and trained. Support inventory management and warehouse distribution by keeping materials organized and reporting discrepancies. Follow safety protocols, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements, and use proper manual handling techniques during heavy lifting. Skills Required: Ability to follow safety procedures, handle physical work, and communicate clearly with warehouse and delivery teams. Preferred: Warehouse experience, warehouse operations, order picking, shipping and receiving, inventory management, or materials handling experience. Familiarity with RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, or other material handling equipment is helpful. Warehouse supervisor experience and heavy equipment operation experience are valued but are not required for this helper role. Pay: $170.00 - $200.00 per day Work Location: In person
