Delivery & Fulfillment Associate

This role is the backbone of our delivery and warehouse operations at Top Drawer Cabinetry. Your two primary responsibilities are driving our company vehicle to deliver cabinets to job sites safely, on time, and professionally. Secondly, you will work in the warehouse pulling orders and loading customer pickups. We are a fast-paced, high-performance company. This is a full time W-2 role with a full stack benefits package offered. You must be able to show up ready to work at 7a.m Monday-Friday. We are a no exception company for tardiness and un-requested absences. Only apply for the role if you can show up consistently on time. Escalation Pay: There is a path setout for you to get to $24/hr in 90 days & $25/hr in another 180 days in this same role. Opportunities to move up in the company can be earned as well for higher responsibility and compensation. Key Responsibilities 1. Deliveries Safely operate company vehicle to deliver cabinets and countertops to customer locations handling products with care, including loading and unloading at job sites. Verifying orders against packing slips; get signatures and photos for proof of delivery. Communicate with office / warehouse team on delivery status, issues, or delays. Represent TDC professionally on every job site (attitude, appearance, communication). 2. Warehouse (Fulfillment Associate) Pull cabinets, countertops, and accessories according to itemized pick lists. Mark each box with the correct invoice number. Load customer vehicles for pickups safely and efficiently. Help receive, organize, and stock inventory in the warehouse. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Qualifications & Requirements 25 years of age or older is a plus. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required). Able and willing to lift heavy boxes (up to 70 lbs by yourself) repeatedly. Reliable, punctual, and ready to work hard every day. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude with customers and teammates. Basic organizational skills and attention to detail.
