Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker to join our team. Duties Safely operate box trucks, vans, or personal vehicles for delivery routes, adhering strictly to traffic laws and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations Load and unload goods using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and carts Ensure accurate delivery by verifying orders against shipping documents and obtaining customer signatures upon receipt Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by moving, stacking, and storing inventory efficiently Use mobile devices or GPS systems to navigate routes effectively, optimizing delivery schedules and minimizing delays Assist with warehouse operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order picking Follow safe lifting practices during heavy lifting tasks to prevent injuries and ensure workplace safety standards are met Qualifications Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations with a focus on safe manual handling practices Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) or experience with commercial truck driving is preferred but not required Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles such as box trucks or vans comfortably Familiarity with material handling equipment like pallet jacks and moving carts is highly desirable but not required Strong understanding of route driving, adhering to traffic regulations, and DOT compliance standards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and team members Physical ability to lift items repeatedly while following safe lifting practices in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using mobile devices for navigation, communication, and documentation purposes Join us in delivering excellence!
