Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

About the Position We are seeking a reliable, hard‑working Delivery Driver / Warehouse Worker with hands‑on experience in appliance delivery and installation , excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle day‑to‑day warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with customers, and taking pride in quality installations. Key Responsibilities Delivery & Installation Safely deliver appliances to customer homes and retail partners Install appliances according to manufacturer guidelines Demonstrate proper product use when needed Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle Warehouse Operations Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques Organize and maintain warehouse inventory Prepare orders for delivery and customer pickup Inspect incoming products for damage or missing parts Assist with general warehouse upkeep and safety procedures Customer Service Provide friendly, professional service during every delivery Address customer questions and concerns with patience and clarity Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy Qualifications Required: Previous experience delivering and installing appliances Required: Strong customer service background Required: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and move heavy items Experience in a warehouse or retail environment is a plus Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with basic hand and power tools Experience with loading/unloading procedures Knowledge of appliance hookups (electrical, water lines, ventilation) Pay: $14.00 - $16.50 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
