Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities Safely operate various delivery vehicles including box trucks, vans, and personal vehicles for customer deliveries. Load and unload goods using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. Follow established routes efficiently while adhering to traffic regulations and Department of Transportation standards. Deliver products directly to customers’ locations with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience through excellent customer service. Assist in warehouse operations by moving inventory, organizing stock, shipping orders and maintaining a clean work environment. Use mobile devices or GPS systems to navigate routes accurately and communicate effectively with team members. Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper weight handling practices are followed to prevent injury or damage. Qualifications Proven delivery driver experience with a strong understanding of route driving and delivery procedures. Warehouse experience including manual handling, moving heavy items, and operating material handling equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving or truck driving experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of safe lifting practices, heavy lifting techniques, and weight handling in the workplace. Familiarity with DOT regulations related to commercial vehicle operation and safety standards.
