Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks, vans, or personal vehicles to deliver products to customers and clients across designated routes Load, unload, and organize inventory using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks Adhere strictly to traffic regulations, DOT (Department of Transportation) standards, and safe lifting practices during all driving and manual handling activities Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and report any maintenance needs promptly Manage warehouse operations including moving stock, organizing storage areas, and utilizing manual transmission vehicles or equipment like pallet jacks for heavy lifting Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients during deliveries and addressing any questions or concerns Maintain accurate delivery logs using mobile devices, ensuring all documentation aligns with company policies and regulatory requirements Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver or warehouse worker with familiarity in warehouse operations and material handling equipment operation Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or appropriate licensing for box truck or van driving; experience with commercial truck driving is a plus Strong knowledge of route driving, adhering to traffic laws, and safe driving practices including manual transmission operation Ability to lift heavy loads safely while following proper manual handling procedures Experience with mobile devices for route navigation, delivery documentation, and communication purposes Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude during interactions with clients Knowledge of DOT regulations related to weight handling in the workplace and safe lifting practices is highly desirable Join us in delivering excellence—where your driving expertise meets your passion for hands-on work!
