Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities Safely operate company vans for delivery routes, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. Load and unload materials using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, ensuring safe lifting practices. Execute delivery routes efficiently using mobile devices for navigation and communication, maintaining punctuality and professionalism at all times. Assist with warehouse operations by moving inventory, organizing stock, and managing material handling equipment to support smooth workflow. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries by engaging professionally with clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting, moving items. Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications Previous business-to-business delivery and warehouse experience is preferred. This is not an Uber, Lyft or UberEats type of delivery service. Strong manual handling skills with knowledge of safe lifting practices for heavy or bulky items. Ability to load & unload cargo using pallet jacks or other material handling equipment safely. Knowledge of route driving techniques and adherence to traffic laws including DOT regulations. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude during deliveries. No more than 2 points on valid Maryland driver's license. Ability to work in physically demanding environments involving moving, lifting heavy items, and warehouse tasks. Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.
