Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Duties Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and personal vehicles, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. Load and unload goods using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and carts. Plan and execute efficient route driving to ensure timely deliveries across designated areas. Deliver products directly to customers’ locations, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout each interaction. Assist with warehouse operations by organizing inventory, moving stock, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Use mobile devices to track deliveries, update routes, and communicate with team members effectively. Follow all safety protocols for manual lifting, heavy lifting practices, and weight handling in the workplace to prevent injuries. Skills Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations with a focus on safe manual handling and moving goods. Strong knowledge of commercial driving regulations, including operating box trucks, vans, or personal vehicles for delivery purposes. Ability to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and understand safe lifting practices. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients during deliveries. Familiarity with route planning software or mobile devices used for delivery tracking. Experience with manual transmission vehicles is preferred but not required; valid driver’s license is essential. Knowledge of DOT regulations related to weight handling, load securing, and commercial truck driving standards. Join us in delivering excellence!
