Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Job Overview As a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker, you’ll keep orders moving from the warehouse to customers. You’ll prepare, load, and unload products, then complete deliveries by using one of our delivery trucks . This hands-on role combines warehouse operations, route driving, and customer service. Your impact: Accurate order handling and safe, timely deliveries help customers receive the products they need. Responsibilities Pick, stage, load, and unload orders; use a pallet jack and other material handling equipment as needed. Drive assigned routes in a delivery truck, follow traffic regulations, and use mobile devices for navigation and delivery updates. Provide courteous customer service and confirm deliveries according to established procedures. Support warehouse operations, including moving and organizing materials; follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy or awkward loads. Complete delivery and vehicle records, following applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and workplace weight-handling procedures. Requirements Delivery driver, courier, van driver, or warehouse experience is preferred; commercial driving or commercial truck driving experience is an asset. Ability to drive safely, including a manual-transmission vehicle when required; personal vehicle delivery experience is helpful. Ability to perform manual handling, moving, and load-and-unload tasks, including heavy lifting, using safe lifting practices. Familiarity with warehouse operations, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment is preferred. Reliable route driving, customer service, mobile device use, and adherence to traffic regulations and applicable DOT requirements.
