Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. Duties Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and personal vehicles, adhering to all traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. Load, unload, and organize products using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and carts. Deliver goods promptly to customers’ locations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and professional customer interactions. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety and compliance with transportation laws. Assist with warehouse operations by moving inventory, organizing stock, and maintaining a clean work environment. Use mobile devices to navigate routes efficiently, update delivery statuses, and communicate with team members. Follow safe lifting practices for heavy or bulky items to prevent injuries during manual handling tasks. Skills Proven warehouse experience with knowledge of material handling equipment operation such as pallet jacks and carts. Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or appropriate driving credentials for box truck or van operation; experience with manual transmission is a plus. Delivery driver experience with a strong focus on route driving, time management, and customer service skills. Familiarity with commercial truck driving regulations, DOT compliance, and safe driving practices. Ability to lift heavy items safely while adhering to workplace weight handling standards. Excellent organizational skills for load & unload procedures and inventory management. Strong communication skills for interacting professionally with customers and team members.
