Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery / Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role involves a combination of warehouse duties and delivery responsibilities, ensuring that products are efficiently loaded, transported, and delivered to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have experience in warehouse operations. Duties Load and unload products from delivery vehicles, ensuring safe handling and organization of items. Operate various types of equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient movement of goods within the warehouse. Conduct route driving to deliver products to customers in a timely manner, adhering to scheduled delivery times. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to promote a safe working environment. Perform heavy lifting and moving of products as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury. Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving is a plus. Familiarity with operating box trucks and manual transmission vehicles is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in delivery driving or courier services is beneficial. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and move items efficiently. Knowledge of safety protocols related to warehouse operations and driving is essential. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
