Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Job Summary As a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker, you’ll keep orders moving from the warehouse to customers. You’ll prepare and handle materials, load and unload vehicles, and complete deliveries using an appropriate vehicle, such as a van or box truck. You’ll use mobile devices to follow routes, record delivery details, and provide helpful customer service. This hands-on role calls for safe driving, careful lifting, and teamwork across warehouse operations and delivery driving. Responsibilities Pick, stage, load, and unload orders; verify items and delivery details before departure. Drive assigned routes and deliver orders to customers, following traffic rules and applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Use mobile devices to review routes, update delivery status, and document completed or attempted deliveries. Support warehouse operations by moving, organizing, and handling materials; operate a pallet jack or other material handling equipment when authorized. Skills Essential: Valid driving qualifications for assigned vehicles, safe driving habits, ability to follow routes, and commitment to customer service and traffic regulations. Essential: Ability to perform manual handling, heavy lifting, and workplace weight handling using safe lifting practices. Preferred: Warehouse experience, delivery driver or courier experience, van driving, commercial driving, commercial truck driving, box truck experience, or personal vehicle delivery. Preferred: Manual transmission experience and experience operating a pallet jack or other material handling equipment. Ability to work across warehouse and delivery tasks, including moving, loading, and unloading.
