Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dependable Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role combines the vital responsibilities of delivering products efficiently to our customers while supporting warehouse operations. Duties Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles. Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques while adhering to safe lifting practices. Deliver orders promptly to customers’ locations, following designated route driving plans and ensuring timely service. Verify delivery accuracy, obtain signatures, and complete delivery paperwork accurately. Assist with warehouse tasks such as organizing inventory, moving stock using forklifts or pallet jacks, and maintaining a clean workspace. Ensure compliance with weight handling guidelines in the workplace and adhere to safe lifting practices during all manual handling activities. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide excellent customer service throughout the delivery process. Qualifications Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in manual handling, heavy lifting, and safe lifting practices. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles preferred. Previous delivery driver experience is highly desirable, especially with route driving and courier services. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and vehicles safely and efficiently. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly and perform moving tasks as needed.
