Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker
Martin Brothers Construction Services LLCWe're hiring a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to haul materials and equipment by truck and trailer on an on-demand basis, and to keep our warehouse running between runs. This person supports our commercial construction crews by getting the right gear to the right site on time. The role suits someone dependable who stays calm and adjusts quickly when plans change. Key Responsibilities Deliveries Pull a truck and trailer to job sites, suppliers, and customer locations on an on-demand schedule. Load, secure, and unload materials and equipment safely, using proper tie-downs and weight distribution. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer, and report any issues right away. Communicate ETAs, delays, and site conditions with the office and field crews. Keep delivery paperwork, receipts, and logs accurate and turned in on time. Warehouse Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks, move pallets, and stage materials for upcoming jobs. Receive incoming shipments, check them against orders, and flag damage or shortages. Keep inventory organized, labeled, and easy to find. Keep the warehouse and yard clean, safe, and orderly. Help with general warehouse tasks as needed between deliveries. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (subject to a motor vehicle record check). Experience pulling a trailer, including backing up, hitching, and maneuvering on tight job sites. Forklift experience; current forklift certification preferred (or able to get certified). Reliable and punctual, with a track record of showing up on time. Clear communicator by phone and text.
