Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Job Overview As a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker, you’ll keep orders moving from the warehouse to customers. You’ll prepare and handle products, load and unload vehicles, and complete deliveries using assigned vehicles and routes. This hands-on role combines warehouse operations, safe driving, and customer service. Your impact: Accurate order handling and dependable delivery help customers receive the right products safely and on time. All applicants must complete an application, take a general skills test and complete an authorization to obtain background information and motor vehicle record in person at job location or the corporate office. Responsibilities Pick, stage, load, and unload orders; use a pallet jack and other material handling equipment as needed. Drive a van or box truck on assigned routes, following traffic regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements. Complete delivery paperwork and use mobile devices to review routes, record delivery details, and communicate updates. Provide courteous customer service and handle delivery questions professionally. Follow safe lifting practices when moving heavy items; handle products according to workplace weight-handling procedures. Skills Required: Valid authorization to drive the assigned vehicle and a safe driving record; ability to lift and move heavy items using safe manual-handling practices. Preferred: Warehouse experience, warehouse operations, delivery driver or courier experience, route driving, and commercial truck driving. Experience with commercial driving, box trucks, vans, personal-vehicle delivery, or manual-transmission vehicles is helpful. Familiarity with pallet jacks, material handling equipment operation, loading and unloading, and DOT regulations is an advantage.
