Delivery Driver & Warehouse Helper AnyDay Heating & Cooling | Garner, NC Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Job Type: Full-Time AnyDay Heating & Cooling is looking for a dependable Delivery Driver & Warehouse Helper to support our growing HVAC operation. This position is responsible for helping coordinate, pick up, organize, and deliver HVAC materials and parts to our office and job sites throughout our service area. This is an active, hands-on position that combines driving, warehouse support, material handling, and job-site deliveries . The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently. Key Responsibilities Pick up HVAC equipment, parts, materials, and supplies from vendors and suppliers Deliver materials and equipment safely to company job sites throughout our service area Assist with ordering and coordinating materials needed for upcoming jobs Receive, organize, stage, and maintain inventory at the warehouse Pull and prepare materials for HVAC installation crews Load and unload HVAC equipment, parts, and materials safely Verify orders and deliveries for accuracy Assist with maintaining an organized and clean warehouse Use GPS and smartphone applications to efficiently navigate to vendors, the office, and job sites Communicate with office staff, vendors, and field technicians regarding materials and deliveries Assist with other warehouse and operational duties as needed Required Qualifications Valid North Carolina driver's license Minimum of 5 years of licensed driving experience Established clean driving record Must be eligible to be added to the company's commercial auto insurance Ability to safely lift, carry, load, and unload heavy HVAC equipment and materials Ability to safely operate a company vehicle Comfortable using a PC, smartphone, GPS/navigation, email, and basic computer applications Reliable transportation to and from work Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and manage multiple delivery and warehouse tasks What We're Looking For We need someone who shows up, works safely, stays organized, and gets the job done . This position is an important link between our suppliers, warehouse, office, and HVAC installation teams. The right person will be comfortable spending part of the day on the road and part of the day working in the warehouse. This is a physical position and requires regular lifting and handling of HVAC equipment and materials.
