We provide essential medical equipment and supplies to homes, long-term care facilities, and hospices throughout the Marion area. We are looking for a reliable, compassionate, and detail oriented individual to join our team as a dual Delivery Driver and Warehouse Technician. Job Summary: As a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Technician, you will split your time between managing our warehouse inventory and delivering medical equipment directly to patients. You will be the face of our company, ensuring that patients receive their life-enhancing equipment safely, on time, and with a friendly smile. What You Will Do: Deliver and Set Up: Safely transport, deliver, and set up medical equipment (such as oxygen concentrators, hospital beds, and wheelchairs) in patient homes and facilities.Educate Patients: Clearly explain and demonstrate how to safely use and maintain the equipment to patients and their family members.Warehouse Support: Receive shipments, organize inventory, stage equipment for daily deliveries, and perform basic maintenance or cleaning on returned equipment.Safety & Compliance: Inspect the delivery vehicle daily, maintain accurate delivery logs, and follow all HIPAA and safety regulations.What We Are Looking For: Experience: Previous delivery, warehouse, or healthcare experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.License & Records: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Report required). Physical Ability: Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy medical equipment (up to 50 75 lbs) frequently throughout the day. Skills: Excellent communication, a attitude for dealing with elderly or ill patients, and basic troubleshooting or mechanical skills. Background Check: Ability to pass a drug screen and a criminal background check (required for healthcare environment compliance).
