Position Overview This role combines warehouse operations and delivery driving. It is more than transporting orders, it is an opportunity to build a long-term career while representing STS Industrial to customers. You will support warehouse operations, deliver orders safely and professionally, and serve as the face of the company. Key Responsibilities Receive, pull, pack, and stage orders accurately Operate warehouse technology and inventory systems Safely deliver orders to customers Secure flatbed loads properly Provide professional, customer-focused service Follow STS processes and procedures consistently Represent STS with professionalism and accountability Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3 years of warehouse technician experience (receiving, pulling, packing) 3–5 years of delivery driving experience (flatbed preferred) Experience strapping and securing flatbed cargo Must be 25+ years old with a valid Texas driver’s license (no restrictions) Clean driving record (no moving violations in past 3 years; no DUIs) Experience using scanners, label printers, and inventory/order systems Ability to stand and move throughout the workday Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Must have or be willing to obtain a DOT Medical card Forklift experience preferred Manufacturing experience preferred TWIC card preferred (company-paid if needed) Compensation $20/hour Overtime as required Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off Company-provided uniforms $80 annual safety boot reimbursement Company-paid TWIC card and renewals (if required) Our Workplace Values STS team members thrive in a culture built on: Uncompromising Diligence – Accuracy, discipline, and attention to detail Continuous Improvement – Do it right the first time; never settle Customer Service First – Customer success is our success Dependability – Keep commitments and deliver as promised Knowledge & Professionalism – Competent, humble, and accountable Innovation – Improve processes and embrace better ways of working Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): Do you have at least 3 years experience as a Warehouse Technician/ Delivery Driver?
