Delivery Driver/Warehouse Support

The role We're looking for a reliable Delivery Driver who gets our customers what they need, on time and accurate, every time. This role is on the road: your day is spent running a box truck route across South Florida from our Ft. Lauderdale warehouse. Our warehouse team handles loading and order prep, so you can focus on the route. When a route wraps up early, you'll pitch in on the warehouse floor. This isn't just a driving job. You're the face of Ness Paper at every stop, and our customers count on you to show up, get it right, and treat them well. What you'll do Delivery driving (the core of the job) Drive a box truck safely on daily routes and get every delivery there on time On Sundays, drive the weekly merchandise transfer run between our Ft. Lauderdale and Orlando facilities Plan your route using GPS and navigation tools, and stay in touch with dispatch throughout the day Inspect your truck before and after each route and report any issues Keep accurate delivery records and log books Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols, and represent Ness Paper professionally with every customer Unload deliveries at each stop using pallet jacks and hand trucks, and get signatures Warehouse support When your route ends early and time allows: Pick, stage, and load orders when needed Help with receiving, including checking in and putting away vendor deliveries Help with inventory cycle counts You're a fit if you have 3+ years of box truck driving experience A valid driver's license and a clean driving record Pallet jack and hand truck experience Strong knowledge of South Florida roads and highways Sharp attention to detail and accuracy Clear communication in English, written and spoken A team-player attitude in a small, close-knit crew Nice to have 10+ years of overall driving experience CDL Class A CDL Class B with school bus and passenger endorsement The details Full-time, 6 days a week, Sunday through Friday $150 per day It's a physical job.
