Delivery Driver/Warehouse

Who we are: CEP (Controlled Environment Products), a division of RJ Kool Company, is looking for a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate in our Springfield, MO location. This division is responsible for our chemical, janitorial and sanitation product sales. Currently branches of CEP are also located in St. Louis and headquartered in Kansas City. We are a family-oriented business that promotes from within. What You Will Do : Delivery Safely drive a company vehicle to deliver products to customers and branch locations Load and unload deliveries accurately and on schedule Warehouse Receive incoming shipments, checking quantities and condition, and put product away Pick, stock and fill orders, and keep the warehouse clean and organized Learn our product line and where everything is kept Operate a forklift, pallet jack and wire-cutting machine (training provided) Customer Service Assisting at the counter if needed asking pertinent questions and providing information as needed. This may include answering telephones professionally and pleasantly, taking orders and providing excellent customer service. Treating customers and fellow team members with courtesy and respect, interacting in a professional, ethical, and friendly manner. Participating in ongoing education and training as directed or desired. Perform other responsibilities as directed. Qualifications and Requirements: Valid Class E driver's license and acceptable driving record. [26' Boxvan; must be 21+]. Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Hand trucks and equipment are available for heavier items Must be able to safely operate a forklift, pallet jack and/or wire-cutting machine. Must be able to safely tolerate heat in the summer and cold in the winter. Detail-oriented, dependable and good at managing time. Friendly and professional with customers. The ability to apply sound reasoning and logic while performing daily tasks. Performs all job responsibilities in a safe, timely and efficient manner. Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
