Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate – Full-Time

We are seeking a dependable, responsible, and safety-conscious Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Hayward warehouse. This position combines local and regional deliveries with warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Delivery Operations Safely operate company cargo vans, including medium-roof and high-roof models. Deliver products throughout the Bay Area and surrounding regions, including San Rafael and Monterey as needed. Load, transport, unload, and verify customer orders for accuracy. Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules efficiently. Obtain delivery confirmations and promptly report discrepancies, delays, or damages. Maintain professional and courteous relationships with customers. Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. Warehouse Operations Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery. Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory. Assist with loading and unloading shipments. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse operations. Support additional warehouse and logistics tasks as needed. Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements Valid California Class C driver's license (minimum requirement). Clean driving record is mandatory , meeting company safety standards and commercial auto insurance eligibility requirements, regardless of license class. Experience safely operating cargo vans of different sizes , including medium-roof and high-roof models. Ability to safely maneuver, park, reverse, and navigate larger cargo vans in urban areas, commercial properties, and tight delivery spaces. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Reliable, punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented. Comfortable performing physical warehouse and delivery work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Comfortable using GPS navigation and mobile applications. Willingness to drive throughout the assigned regional delivery territory. Preferred Qualifications Valid California Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus, but not required. Previous commercial delivery, warehouse, or logistics experience. Familiarity with Bay Area roads and commercial delivery routes. Experience delivering to restaurants, grocery stores, or other commercial businesses. Familiarity with warehouse equipment and inventory handling. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift, carry, load, and unload cartons weighing up to 40 lbs and occasionally handle cartons weighing up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
