We're looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our team in Bensenville. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, takes initiative, and understands the importance of teamwork and customer service. What You'll Do Delivery & Customer Service Pick up incoming air freight shipments from the airport. Safely deliver fresh Italian specialty foods to restaurants, hotels, and other business customers. Build positive relationships with customers through friendly, professional service. Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring products are handled carefully. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional delivery vehicle. Warehouse & Daily Operations Receive, inspect, organize, and properly store incoming shipments of perishable foods. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery. Assist with inventory organization, product rotation, and quality control. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, including refrigerated storage areas. Monitor warehouse supplies and communicate when replenishment is needed. Assist with general warehouse, vehicle, and property upkeep, including outdoor areas. Work closely with the team to ensure orders and deliveries are completed accurately and on time. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of professional delivery experience , preferably delivering to restaurants, hotels, or other commercial customers. Previous warehouse experience. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be at least 25 years old. Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 90 lbs. Comfortable working in refrigerated environments and handling perishable food products. Dependable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented. Able to work independently while also contributing to a team. Willing to take initiative and help wherever needed. Friendly, professional attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers. Reliable transportation to our Bensenville location. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary: $48,000–$53,000 , depending on experience. Monday–Friday work schedule, (morning to afternoons) Bonus opportunities. Paid training. Company-provided uniforms.
