About the Position We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to support our stores and warehouse operations. This position is responsible for safely and accurately transporting merchandise, supplies, equipment, documents, and other materials between Lola’s Market locations. The position will also assist with receiving, organizing, loading, unloading, and preparing merchandise in the warehouse. Responsibilities Deliver merchandise, supplies, equipment, and materials to our stores. Pick up merchandise, returns, transfers, invoices, and company documents. Safely load, unload, and organize merchandise. Verify deliveries and transfers for accuracy. Assist with warehouse receiving, stocking, and organization. Maintain accurate delivery, mileage, fuel, and vehicle inspection records. Complete the company vehicle inspection checklist daily. Report accidents, vehicle damage, mechanical issues, or unsafe conditions immediately. Maintain confidentiality when transporting company and personnel documents. Follow all company safety policies and applicable traffic and DMV requirements. Requirements Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record. Must meet company vehicle insurance requirements. Proof of personal automobile insurance required. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Forklift and electric/manual pallet jack experience or ability to operate safely. Delivery, warehouse, transportation, or inventory experience preferred. Ability to lift and move merchandise as required. Reliable, punctual, organized, and safety conscious. Must not transport unauthorized passengers in company vehicles. Must never operate a company vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair safe driving. Schedule & Availability Full-Time | Open Availability Must be available to work any day and at any time during the week, depending on the operational needs of our stores. Occasional Saturday and Sunday work may be required. Additional hours or overtime may be required based on business needs. Join the Lola’s Market Family!
