Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate

CFM Equipment Distributors has been helping customers succeed for over 42 years, and we're looking for a Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our Sparks team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in supporting both customers and teammates. You'll spend part of your day making local deliveries, but much of your time will be spent helping maintain an organized, efficient branch through inventory support, warehouse operations, will-call assistance, and branch upkeep. This is not a role where you'll spend all day behind the wheel. Most days involve approximately 2–4 hours of driving, with the remainder of the day focused on supporting warehouse operations and helping ensure the branch runs smoothly. As a Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate, you'll help receive and put away inventory, pick and stage customer orders, load and unload trucks, support will-call customers, maintain warehouse organization, and safely deliver products to customers throughout the region. We're looking for someone who: Takes safety seriously and understands the responsibility of operating company vehicles and equipment. Is dependable, punctual, and follows through on commitments. Takes pride in doing quality work and doing it right the first time. Understands that customer service extends beyond the counter and includes every interaction, delivery, and order. Works well independently while also being a supportive and dependable teammate. Takes initiative and looks for ways to contribute without waiting to be asked. Maintains an organized, clean, and professional work environment. Adapts to changing priorities and willingly helps wherever needed. Enjoys staying active and working in a hands-on environment. Understands that teamwork and communication are essential to branch success. The ideal candidate will have: A valid Nevada Class C driver's license. A safe driving record and ability to meet company insurance requirements. Basic computer skills. General warehouse experience. Strong customer service and communication skills. The ability to navigate efficiently using GPS and route planning tools. Forklift experience and experience operating straight box trucks.
