Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate
Equality State Farms LLCEarly-Morning Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate Equality State Farms · 1701 Phillips Cir, Gillette, WY 82718 $23–$25/hr · Full-time · In person · No CDL required You load your truck at 3am and roll out so fresh produce and dairy are on school and restaurant docks before the lunch rush. We pay above local daytime warehouse wages because of the early start and the length of the day. This is a good fit if you're a natural early riser and want Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday for kids, a ranch, a side business, hunting season, or classes. If you're not a 3am person, please don't apply. It doesn't get easier after the first month, and we don't want to hire someone who will quit in week three. Who we are Equality State Farms is a small, locally owned produce and dairy distributor. We deliver fresh fruit, vegetables, and dairy to schools across Wyoming, South Dakota, and Colorado, plus restaurants like Jimmy John's. Kids eat what we deliver. You'll know everyone by name, and the same kitchen staff will know you by name within a month. That's the job working. What the job actually looks like · At 3am you check your route, pull and load your orders, and verify counts and quality before the truck leaves the dock. · Then you drive and deliver. You run your route in a pickup with a refrigerated box, or a box truck, and no CDL is needed. Some stops are in town, and some are a few hours out. You're the face of the company at every school kitchen and restaurant door. · Back at the warehouse you unload returns, put away product, fill out paperwork and leave the warehouse, coolers, and truck clean for the next day. · You lift 50 lb cases regularly and work in coolers. Schedule · Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, 3:00 AM start. A typical day is 9 to 11 hours, so you clock out around noon to 2pm. · Off Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. · We follow the school calendar. Summers are slower and lighter. · Flexible for appointments, kids, and school. Tell us what you need, and we'll work around a real conflict. The 3am start itself is not flexible. Pay and a reason to stay · $23–$25/hr to start, based on experience. · You're guaranteed 40 hours a week. A short week is still paid as 40. Hours past 40 are paid as overtime. · Review at 90 days, with a merit-based raise if the route is yours and the counts are right. Annual reviews after that. · The path up is Driver/Warehouse Associate, then Lead Driver/Warehouse Lead ($26–$29/hr today), then operations roles as we grow. Our current leads all started on the floor. You don't have to leave to get a raise. · Benefits: a $250/month stipend. PTO after a year · Your own routes once you're trained. The people on that route become yours. · A boss who answers the phone and works alongside you. · Training on the pallet jack, food safety, the routes, and the software. You are not handed keys on day one and left to figure it out. · Steady work at a small company that will actually use an idea if it makes the route better. What we need from you · You can reliably be here at 3am on your scheduled days. This is the whole job. If you're late, a school doesn't get lunch. · A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and comfort driving long rural stretches in Wyoming weather, including winter. · You can lift 50 lb repeatedly and work in cold storage. · Attention to detail: the right product, the right counts, the right school. · Friendly and professional with kitchen staff. You'll see the same people every week, and they'll remember a bad drop. · Comfortable with a phone. · Warehouse, delivery, food service, grocery, or ag is a plus. Work ethic beats a résumé.
