Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate, where you’ll be the vital link between our warehouse operations and our valued customers. This energetic role combines route driving and hands-on warehouse work. You’ll be responsible for safely delivering products to customers, managing inventory in our warehouse, and ensuring shipping/receiving runs smoothly. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles such as box trucks and courier vans to deliver goods across designated routes Load and unload shipments using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintain compliance with all driving regulations, including manual transmission operation when required Provide exceptional customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction Manage inventory in the warehouse, including organizing stock, moving items efficiently, and maintaining accurate records Follow route schedules precisely to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to safety standards Assist with warehouse tasks such as heavy lifting (50-100 lbs), moving items, and preparing shipments for dispatch Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with a strong understanding of route driving and navigation skills Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients and team members Warehouse experience including loading/unloading, inventory management, and equipment operation (pallet jack, forklift) Ability to operate a box truck or similar commercial vehicle with manual transmission if needed Physical strength for heavy lifting and moving items safely and efficiently Familiarity with safety procedures related to driving, warehouse operations, and equipment use Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred but not mandatory Embark on a role that energizes your day-to-day work while making a tangible difference in our customers’ experience.
