Delivery Driver — Titanex Logistics USA, Inc.

Titanex Logistics USA, Inc. | Palmetto, FL Titanex Logistics USA, Inc., an Independent Service Provider (ISP) contracted with FedEx, is seeking reliable and motivated delivery drivers to join our team. Drivers will operate company delivery vehicles to deliver and pick up packages to residential and business customers. This position requires safe driving, efficient route management, courteous customer service, and the ability to handle packages of various sizes and weights using proper lifting techniques and equipment. We are looking for drivers who prioritize safety, arrive on time, and work efficiently while handling packages with care. This job is employed by Titanex Logistics USA, Inc. Applicants must successfully complete the required background check and driver qualification process. Responsibilities Report to the station at the scheduled start time Safely operate a company box truck while following traffic laws, company procedures, and applicable transportation safety requirements to complete deliveries and pickups at designated locations. Load, unload, and organize packages to support efficient routes and prevent damage. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance needs or safety concerns. Use package scanners, GPS navigation, and delivery software to follow routes, record delivery activity, obtain required signatures, and provide accurate proof of delivery. Maintain accurate delivery records and any required mileage or route logs. Provide professional customer service during deliveries and pickups. Complete time-sensitive deliveries and pickups while maintaining safe driving practices. Communicate promptly about delays, delivery issues, and route progress. Follow safe lifting and package-handling procedures, using equipment or assistance for heavier items. Return any company-issued equipment and undelivered packages daily Assist with package sorting and organization at the station as needed. Help other drivers complete deliveries when requested. Qualifications and Skills Must be at least 21 years old. Valid driver’s license appropriate for the assigned vehicle and proof of authorization to work in the US. Ability to pass background screening, driving-record review, DOT physical, and drug testing. Reliable transportation to and from work. Reliable mobile phone and working audio headset for communication with route managers, used in accordance with driving safety rules. Ability to read and speak English well enough to follow GPS directions, understand delivery instructions, and read traffic signs. Good communication, organization, and time management skills. Strong attention to detail when handling packages, verifying addresses, and recording deliveries. Dependable attendance and the ability to work independently and cooperate with team members. Previous delivery, courier, or commercial driving experience is strongly preferred. Physical Requirements Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50-150 pounds and safely maneuver heavier packages using appropriate equipment or assistance. Frequently walk, climb stairs, bend, reach, and repeatedly enter and exit a delivery vehicle throughout the workday. Work outdoors in Florida heat, humidity, rain, and changing weather conditions while following safety procedures. Ability to remain alert and maintain safe driving and package-handling practices throughout an active delivery route.
