Delivery Driver & Store Operations Associate – Full-Time or Part-Time Ladue Pharmacy / Millbrook Pharmacy – St. Louis, MO Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Schedule: Weekday shifts with rotating weekends required Job Description We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and versatile individual to join our team. This position offers a variety of responsibilities, including making deliveries, assisting customers in our in-store post office, handling inventory, and helping maintain the appearance and organization of our stores. The ideal candidate enjoys staying busy, takes pride in their work, and is willing to pitch in wherever needed. We are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, organized, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Delivery Driver Deliver prescriptions and other merchandise to customers using company-provided vehicles. Ensure deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and on time. Provide courteous and professional service to customers. Follow established delivery procedures and maintain accurate records. Post Office Clerk Assist customers with purchasing postage, mailing packages, and other postal services. Operate postal equipment and computerized point-of-sale systems. Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain an organized and well-stocked postal counter. Inventory & Store Operations Receive, unpack, price, and organize incoming merchandise. Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory and storage areas. Assist with inventory counts and general merchandise management. Help with moving and organizing merchandise as needed. Store Cleaning & Maintenance Perform routine cleaning and general upkeep of the store. Keep retail areas, workspaces, and storage areas clean and organized. Assist with basic maintenance tasks and other general store needs. Help ensure the store remains attractive, safe, and welcoming to customers. Qualifications & Requirements Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Dependable, punctual, and responsible. Friendly personality with good customer service skills. Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities. Willingness to perform a variety of tasks, including cleaning, stocking, and general store maintenance. Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds, including carrying items up and down stairs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform other physical activities throughout the workday. Must be available to work rotating weekends.
